Opposite Together

Opposite Together is a cooperative black-and-white platformer where two players must work together to reach the end of each level, without ever becoming completely alike.

Each player controls an avatar bound to its opposite: light and shadow, life and death, attraction and repulsion. The gameplay revolves around contrasts : magnets, force fields, and polarity zones behave differently depending on each player’s color and state.

Contrast is the key. Colliding when both players are fully alike can erase your contrast. To progress, you’ll need to alternate attraction and repulsion, swap contrasts, and synchronize your movements perfectly.

Designed for two players on the same screen, the game rewards coordination and communication to overcome every challenge.
A short but focused experience built around a single idea: you can’t win alone and you can’t be the same!
